FitOn Studios Events

This month’s free education events will be held at FitOn Studios, 2407 N. Sepulveda Blvd. Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.

 

Sunday, Dec. 4, 10:45 — 11:30 a.m.

This class will teach teens easy-to-use techniques to calm the mind, restore the nervous system and lower levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, so teens can focus and succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Thursday, Dec. 22, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Teens are invited to a free cycling class designed to accommodate all fitness levels. We’ll turn down the lights and turn up the volume and ride into the holiday break.

This book explores the down-and-dirty psychology of addiction through live "voices from the street." It probes the essence of enabling and the value of "rehabs" neither of which were common concepts in the sixties. It chronicles top-of-the-world success juxtaposed against a downside of life no one should have to abide, a side which proves that some things, money cannot buy.
